One of our "must do" restaurants for every visit to Puerto Vallarta is Tapas Barcelona. Located high on a hill with spectacular sunset views, this fine dining venue makes the climb up several flights of stairs merely an appetite-stimulant for what is to follow. Both red and white sangria are offered, and it is always a difficult choice...both being outstanding! Going with at least four people is a good choice, because you will want one of every item on the menu (clearly not REALLY an option), and the more people to share, the more the potential choices expand! Each tapa is both a work of art and a culinary sensation. Be prepared for a lingering experience, as you will never want to leave!
