About Very Vallarta
Pam Alexandra and Cherie Verber, life partners, are residents of San Diego, California, whose goal is to retire to Puerto Vallarta. Frequent visitors to the city, they themselves own three 1BR condos in Sea River Tower, two of which can be combined to make a 2BR condo. Pam serves as President of Very Vallarta, and Cherie is the Marketing Director.
How this all began is that about two years after purchasing their first condo in Vallarta, other owners began asking Cherie how she managed to maintain such a high occupancy rate in their properties. Thus, an idea was born, and Cherie decided, with Pam's encouragement, to offer her marketing services to other vacation rental owners. Within just a few months, Very Vallarta virtually exploded, with one, two and three bedroom condos, across a variety of price points and available amenities, and located from the Hotel Zone south to Conchas Chinas.
When not traveling to Vallarta (our favorite place in the world!) or helping others enjoy its pleasures, Cherie is a licensed psychotherapist in private practice in San Diego. Pam is a licensed Real Estate Broker who specializes in working with first time buyers and investors in San Diego, pursuing the active investment side of real estate, while Cherie enjoys the creative side.
Together they share their home with their beloved three dogs (and two fish!), and enjoy getting together with family and friends, or going wine-tasting with those friends.
